How many heat settings does it have?
The robe has 3 heat settings, H1, H2 and H3, and you switch between them with the up and down buttons on the controller.
How do I wash it?
Disconnect and remove the controller and power bank first. Wash on a cold, gentle cycle and air dry completely before reconnecting. Always follow the garment care label.
How is it powered?
The heating panels run off a USB power bank that sits in the pocket, so you can move around the house while it's on. Use a fully charged, compatible power bank.
What size is it?
One size, XXXXL: a relaxed, oversized fit that suits most adults. It's floor-length on most people.
How long does shipping take?
