By using this site or placing an order with Flagged Robes, you agree to these terms.

Orders

Products are made to order from limited batches. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout and processed securely by our payment provider, Whop. Sale prices and bundle discounts apply only while shown on the site.

Shipping and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and refunds and replacements by our Refund Policy.

Product use

Heated robe: remove the controller and power bank before washing and follow the care label. Use a compatible, fully charged power bank, and don't use the heat setting while sleeping or on anyone who can't feel or react to heat.

Fan-made products

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
